Our Team
Carol Schnittlich can make anyone feel at home and has been doing just that for over 20 years. She owned two restaurants in the North East until she moved to Anguilla to become the owner of a seaside grill in 1995. Carol returned to the Hamptons in 2000 where she worked for The Palm as the general manager of the James Lane Café, at The Hedges Inn.
Five years later, when private and new management took over, Carol was hand picked to oversee the luxury lodging as a premier destination for year-round romantic retreats, relaxing vacations, family gatherings and corporate outings.
